Fees & Payment
  • Q. How much does it cost?
    The cost will depend on the size of the storage space. Our sizes range from 16sq ft to 200sq ft.
  • Q. How much do I have to pay to move-in?
    • (1) 1 month refundable security deposit
    • (2) 1 month advance storage fee
    • (3) Administrative charge
    • (4) Deposit for securitized access card
  • Q. How much do I need to pay for subsequent months?
    You only need to pay the monthly storage fee thereafter.
  • Q. What modes of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, cheque, Nets, Visa, Mastercard, AXS and Paypal. ATM or Internet Bank Transfers are also acceptable.
  • Q. Are there any other hidden costs?
    No. Absolutely not!
  • Q. What modes of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, cheque, Nets, Visa, Mastercard at the outlets. Alternatively, you can pay via AXS, Paypal or at 7- Eleven outlets*. 
    ATM or Internet Bank Transfers are also acceptable (*Except  7-Eleven outlets at Shell petrol stations).


Storage Duration & Termination
  • Q. What's the minimum storage period?
    The minimum storage period is one(1) month.
  • Q. How do I extend my storage period?
    The storage contract will automatically be extended on a monthly basis unless we receive notice from you of your intention to move-out.
  • Q. Is there a discount for longer term storage?
    From time to time, there will be promotional discounts given for longer term storage.
  • Q. How long a notice do I need to give you to terminate the storage unit?
    You need to inform us 14-days in advance when you intend to move-out.
