How much does it cost?
The storage cost will depend on the
size that you require. We have more
than 200 different unit sizes,
ranging from
1.5 square metres (16 square feet)
to
18 square metres (200 square feet).
The monthly storage cost ranges from
$86+GST for our smallest unit to
$860+GST for our largest unit. |

How much do I have to pay to
move-in?
Assuming you sign up for the
smallest unit at $86+GST, you would
need to pay:

What about subsequent monthly fees?
How much do I have to pay? When do I
pay? What modes of payment do you
accept?
You only need to pay the monthly
storage fee thereafter. In the
above example, the monthly storage
fee payable is $92.02, and it will
be due on the monthly anniversary of
your move-in date. Our front desk
accepts payments in cash or NETS,
VISA, MasterCard or cheques.
You could also mail your cheques or
return the payment voucher with your
credit card authorization. We
also accept ATM or Internet Bank
Transfers. |

Do you accept GIRO?
We do not use GIRO, but you could
pre-authorize us to take payment via
your VISA or MasterCard on the due
date of each month. |

Storage Duration & Termination

Is there a minimum storage period?
The minimum storage period is just
one month, commencing from your
registration/move-in date. |

What if I need longer than 1 month?
How do I extend my storage?
Your storage will automatically be
extended on a month-to-month basis
unless we receive notice from you of
your intention to move-out. You just
need to send us your monthly fees to
reach us by the commencement date
(which is also your monthly
anniversary date) of your next
month's storage. |

Will it be cheaper if I use the
storage for a long term, say 6
months or 1 year?
For long term users, we are pleased
to offer our prepayment plan with a
discount. Please
ask
us about our prepayment plan. |

How long a notice do I need to give
you to terminate the storage unit?
You just need to inform us 14-days
in advance when you intend to
move-out. |

How large a storage unit do I need?
As a rule of thumb, if you do not
have big item furniture like beds,
dining table, or wardrobes, you
should not need anything more than
Size 2. If you could
tell
us some of your larger items,
we'll be happy to size the unit for
